Mix together butter, buttermilk and eggs, then add mashed potato and chives to the mix. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper and garlic. Combine the two mixes and pour into the waffle maker. Cook for 5 minutes until golden brown and serve with sausages.
Cheese & Mushroom Womlettes
Whisk together 75 g of finely chopped mushrooms, 22 g of Parmesan cheese, 1 large egg, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder and 1/4 tbsp dried thyme. Pour the batter into the centre of the waffle plate and cook for 5 minutes until the egg is fully cooked.
Sweet Potato Waffles
Mix together sweet potato, a large egg, coconut flour and 1/2 tbsp salt. Spoon the batter into the centre of the waffle plate. Cook for 15 minutes until the egg is fully cooked and serve with mashed avocado and poached eggs.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl beat three eggs until fluffy, add melted butter, vanilla extract and milk. Combine the mixes and pour onto the waffle plate. Cook for 5 minutes and serve with chocolate sauce and ice cream.
